friendly staff smart room warm heating dated room superior room room advertisement

i found the staff to be friendly. they were helpful and they tried to accommodate our requests. the room was smart and clean. the heating was very warm.

the room we stayed in looked very dated. it do not look like the room i booked. i booked a superior room, but the room we had do not look like the room advertised.

Mixed feelings ABOUT my stay

dated room carpet stains

The breakfast WAS good, freshly cooked.

The room looked quite dated and differed from what I booked. Locals seemed intimidating TO my wife when I stepped away briefly. They seemed to see who would approach her. There were carpet stains, and the shower sounded like a jet engine.

the room felt quite small. the beds also felt small. the room looked tired and needed an upgrade. breakfast was mediocre i was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the room.

cute bar good breakfast choice fantastic skittles alley nearby shops

I found the bar and staff downstairs to be very cute. Breakfast offered a good choice and everything was tasty. The skittles alley and games room were fantastic. I enjoyed them. I appreciated the shops nearby and had access to what I needed.

The windy stairs were a little awkward as it is an older building.
